TEAM ENTRY FORM
- Monthly advance payment is being introduced for security and administration reasons.
- Entry will only be accepted with this fully completed form and a minimum of €220 in advance match fees.
- Teams will pay on the night of the first game as normal with the advance fees used to cover the last 2 games of the season.
- Entries should be returned before the deadline of July 18th as numbers are limited to 43 teams. The Divisions and fixtures will be compiled before the end of July and therefore entries not received by then cannot be included.
- Player Registration Forms must also be submitted before a teams first game and are available from Kevin Daly or online and will only be accepted with the appropriate fees.
